An agent website that is yours, not the portal's✱

Portals own the listing search. Your website is where people come after they have heard your name: to check you out, to look at your listings, and to learn about the neighborhoods you know. That is what it should be built for.

What a real estate agent site must do.

Must-haves

Listing search through IDX

MLS listings on your site come through an IDX feed. Your broker and MLS have to allow it, and you need an IDX provider. We integrate the provider you choose rather than scraping listings.

Neighborhood guides

Pages about the areas you actually work: schools to research, commute, what homes are like. This is the content portals cannot write with your knowledge.

Home valuation request

A 'what is my home worth' form for sellers, which you answer personally with a market analysis. No automated estimate dressed up as yours.

Your listings and sold homes

Current listings and a record of homes you sold, as your broker's rules allow.

Broker and compliance details

Your brokerage name, license number and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement, as your state and brokerage require. Check with your broker.

Lead capture that reaches you

Saved searches and contact forms that land in your CRM or inbox, set up so they do not go to spam.

The pages we would build.

Site structure

A starting structure, not a template. We cut pages you do not need and add the services you want more of.

  1. Home. Who you are, where you work, featured listings, contact.
  2. Search homes. IDX listing search from your provider.
  3. Neighborhoods. A guide per area you know well.
  4. Sellers. How you market a home, and the valuation request.
  5. Buyers. How you work with buyers, the steps, and first-time buyer notes.
  6. About. Your story, brokerage, license and real reviews.
  7. Contact. Phone, email, form and office address.

Local SEO for real estate agents.

Get found nearby

Most of this is free and some of it is yours to do, not ours. We set up the site side and show you the rest.

  • Claim your Google Business Profile as an agent (Real estate agent category) with your office address and service areas.
  • Keep your name, brokerage, phone and address the same across your site, Zillow, Realtor.com and social profiles.
  • Add RealEstateAgent structured data linked to your brokerage.
  • Write neighborhood pages from your own knowledge and update them each year. Thin pages listing only stats rarely rank.
  • Link your review profiles, and ask past clients for reviews on Google as well as the portals.

Questions from real estate agents.

FAQ

Yes, through an IDX provider that your MLS approves, with your broker's permission. The provider charges its own monthly fee. We set it up, style it to match your site and connect leads to your CRM.

Broad listing searches are dominated by the big portals, and nobody can promise to beat them. Neighborhood guides, your own sold homes and your name are where an agent's site realistically wins.

You own the domain and the site. We update the brokerage details, license information and IDX connection. That is one reason not to build on a brokerage-owned template.

It is common practice and often required by brokerages and some states. Check with your broker. We will place whatever statement and logo they require.

Starter is from $600 and Growth is from $2,000. Scale is quoted to the work. You get a fixed price in USD after a short call. IDX provider fees are separate and paid to the provider.

The services you sell and the area you cover. The form takes a US state, a budget in dollars and a timeline. We reply within 24 hours from [email protected].
